FISAN is a family business founded in 1920, specialized in artisanal production, where we mix tradition and origin to obtain one of the most highly rated Iberico Bellota Ham by gastronomic experts. We are located in the Guijuelo Denomination of Origin Regulating Council in Salamanca. This area, due to the height of the city, the low temperatures and the traditional production system, let us obtain a very tasteful product. Furthermore, we have the control throughout all processes from the beginning, controlling every step in the productive chain including farms, transport, slaughtering, splitting, salting, drying, packaging and hand slice process.
FISAN has been collaborating with some of the most prestigious Chefs from our country: Ricard Camarena, Diego Guerrero or the Hermanos Torres (few ** and *** Michelin Stars Chefs of Spain).
Over the last few years, the third generation of the Sánchez family has boosted FISAN´s growth with great dedication, effort, and renewed hope, leading its products to achieve recognized excellence in a highly demanding market and expanding its commercialization both in Spain and in more than 30 countries around the world.
