EMBUTIDOS MORENO SAEZ, S.L. is a family business created by D. V. Samuel Moreno Saez in 1962, when he separated from the sausage factory inherited by him and his brother, from his father, D. Baldomero Moreno, in a town in La Rioja. The reason for choosing Soria as the location of his factory was essentially the exceptional climate that this Soria land offers for the natural curing and drying of sausages.
