The elaboration process of our Iberian hams and sausages begins in the “dehesa”, where, through a rigorous selection process, we choose the best Iberian pigs, and we carefully monitor their feeding to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

Slightly salted: Maximum control of the salting process, which results in the characteristic sweetness of our pieces.
Slow and prolonged curing: The curing in natural drying rooms following the traditional processes, together with the unique climate of the area, are the perfect ingredients to obtain Iberian hams and sausages of the highest quality.
Smooth flavour: The characteristic flavour of our products is based on a smoothness, difficult to find in the market, which evokes the flavours of the past.
