We have a legacy of more than 30 years of experience in international commerce of wild mushrooms and we have added an innovative and contemporary touch on the preservation under modified atmosphere and transformation of truffles. For this purpose, we have carried out rigorous research, resulting in original products which are adapted to our customers’ needs. In these years, we have positioned ourselves as a national and international benchmark in the world of truffles, being the suppliers of the most important franchises and industries.
We have the IFS Food quality certification related to food traceability and safety. We also work in collaboration with the CNTA (National Center for Food Technology). We supply clean and packaged fresh truffle under modified atmosphere all through the year (melanosporum, aestivum, magnatum, uncinatum).
We elaborate truffle products for industries and restaurants: black truffle pearls, truffle brisura, tartufata sauce, summer truffle slices in oil, salt flakes with black truffle, black/white truffle flavored extra virgin olive oil, dehydrated truffle with flavoring for industries, etc.
